This event is organized by the French Mapping Agency (IGN France) and will be part of the ISPRS Geospatial Week 2015.

ISSDQ 2015 will bring together during two days experts working in the field of spatial data quality. The program will feature paper presentations, keynote addresses and a poster session.

Call for sessions

ISSDQ will follow a session format, allowing participants to organize and chair special sessions on themes of interest to the organizer (e.g.
“SDQ and data fusion” or “Quality issues in Volunteered Geographic Information”).

Session proposals should be submitted by email to issdq@isprs-geospatialweek2015.org before January 15th and should include the following information:
1. Title of the session
2. Name, affiliation, mailing address and e-mail address(es) and a
short bio of the session organizer(s)
3. Description of the session topic (max. 250 words)

AEIDSS 2015: Appel à articles

3th International Workshop on Agricultural and Environmental Information and Decision Support Systems (AEIDSS) in conjunction with the 2015 International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications (ICCSA 2015)
June 22 – 25, 2015 in collaboration with the University of Calgary, Banff, Canada.

Important Dates:
Full paper submission: 8 March 2015
Notification of Acceptance: 8 April 2015
Camera ready due: 22 April 2015

Workshop description
Monitor and manage sanitary risks, study climate change, environmental impacts in connexion with agricultural practices (the use of pesticides, for example), mapping the good ecological status of rivers, simulate spread of forest fires … are environmental and agricultural challenges for which Information and Decision Support Systems represent effective solutions. New theoretical and technical challenges emerge from the integration of several scientific domains such as agronomy, mathematics, information technology and computer science. The objective of the proposed workshop is to show how the latest advances in research in information and decision-support systems can be applied to environmental and agricultural matters.

All papers accepted to the Workshops will be included in a Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) volume.

* Regular Papers Submission: 15 January 2015
* Tutorials Proposal: 15 January 2015

The Call for Paper scan be found here : http://www.icip2015.org/doc/ICIP2015-Call-for-Papers.pdf

ICIP, sponsored by the IEEE Signal Processing Society, is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied image and video processing. ICIP2015, the 22nd in the series that has been held annually since 1994, will bring in together in Quebec City leading engineers and scientists in image and video processing from around the world. Research frontiers in fields ranging from traditional image processing applications to evolving multimedia and video technologies are regularly advanced by results first reported in ICIP technical sessions.

*At ICIP2015, the banquet and awards ceremony will be presided by Lena Söderberg*. Do not miss this once in a lifetime opportunity.
